  • Tuesday-Wednesday 22:30 - 04:30 CET
  • Friday 00:00 - 06:00 CET

    Short or long-term loss of availability of a service. The given service is fully unavailable in this period.
  • Disruption event:
    Short or long-term impact on the overall performance of a service. The given service is acting slower than normal in this period.
  • Maintenance event:
    A pre-planned and approved window for service downtime. This may be for upgrading, patching or other changes.
